FY24 Baltimore Harbor & Channels Maintenance Dredging

The Baltimore Harbor Maintenance Dredging Project consisted of the removal of approximately 1.5 million cubic yards of material, which were then offloaded and placed at Cox Creek and Poplar Island Dredged Material Management Areas. 

The project utilized the clamshell dredge Dale Pyatt and the hydraulic offloader Kraken as well as the split hull hopper barges Kurt Schulte, MERC Shevlin, C.J. Welch, and D.A. Chambers. 

This was our fourth successfully completed project for the USACE Baltimore District.
